The Ad Astra Launch Crew is a private club in which members enjoy 10 exclusive beer releases and a 15% discount off all retail prices on all beer, wine, food and merchandise. Members also receive early access to all beer releases, invites to special events, and members only merchandise.

 

Membership: One calendar year beginning February 5, 2021

The following is included with your membership:

 

Custom ID Card 

Members will receive a custom ID card with your name, member number and year joined. Your member number will stay with you until you choose not to renew or is revoked. Present your card before every purchase in the tasting room to receive an exclusive discount.

 

Launch Crew Tasting Glass 

This special glass will be branded and given to members only. The glass will be designed to showcase the nuances of our beers.

 

Members Only Bottles 

Over the course of the next year, we will brew ten beers which are exclusively for Launch Crew members. One 16oz bottle of each exclusive beer is included with Launch Crew membership. In addition to the ten bottles of beer included with Launch Crew membership, members will have the opportunity to purchase additional bottles of the exclusive beers depending on availability. These beers will not be made available to the general public. The beers will be variations of stouts and strong ales, with an emphasis on barrel aging. Members (and their designated proxies) will have a 60-day window from the release to pick up their bottle allocation. 

 

Early Access to New Beers 

In addition to the beers brewed exclusively for the Launch Crew, members will be allowed to purchase cans and bottles of all other releases directly from our tasting room before they are released to the public. In the event that a beer is not being canned or bottled, members will have early access to the tap. 

 

Members Only Swag 

A custom printed Launch Crew garment that you can show off to fellow beer enthusiasts during your travels through the cosmos.

 

15% Off Tasting Room Purchases 

Included in your membership is a 15% discount on any non-discounted item you purchase in the tasting room. This discount extends to beer, wine, food and merchandise.

Launch Crew Facebook Group 

Members will receive an invite to join the Ad Astra Launch Crew group on Facebook. This is where member-only related information will be posted such as taproom room specials, early access to beers, events, and more. This will also be a place to create discussion threads with other members. If you do not have a Facebook account please let us know, we will make sure you receive all pertinent information through email.

Members Only Summer Party Invite (Date TBD)

You will have the opportunity to purchase two tickets for this member only event taking place over one or two weekends (based on attendance). This celebration will include catered food, special gifts, raffles and a few exclusive beers. You won’t want to miss out on this event!

First Rights to the Following Year’s Membership 

Your membership and member number will carry over to the next year if you choose to continue. Renewal price will be determined by January 1st each calendar year.
